Routine & Contract Maintenance

SEMSWA maintains the storm drainage system in a regular and equitable way across our Service Area. Our Maintenance Program includes:  

  • Routine Inspection and Work Planning 
  • Debris, Sediment and Trash Removal from Stormwater Facilities
  • Infrastructure Maintenance of inlets, ponds, manholes, pipes, etc.
  • Colorado 811 "Call before you dig" and utility intrusion removals
  • Coordination of maintenance needs with Mile High Flood District
  • Coordination with SEMSWA Capital Improvement Program for large projects
