SEMSWA offers annual GESC and Floodplain permits for Dry Utilities, Water Districts, Park & Recreation Districts, Metro Districts, and Governments.
1. The Annual GESC Permit allows for approved Grading, Erosion, and Sediment Control activities to take place during the calendar year without additional permitting.
2. The Annual Floodplain Permit allows for limited approved activities to take place in the floodway/floodplain during the calendar year without additional permitting.
Note: Calendar year is reflected as January 1st to December 31st. New applications must be submitted each year on January 1st.
Note: Depending on location, Applicants may need to submit for both Annual GESC and Annual Floodplain.
