For Your Information – COR400000 Construction Stormwater Permit Renewal

As a reminder from SEMSWA, COR400000 permittees under the Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS) were required to submit a renewal application by January 2nd, 2024. If renewal applications have not been submitted for your facilities, The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) advises to do so as soon as possible.

CDHPE has noted that new permit applications under the existing COR400000 general permit will be accepted through February 29th, 2024. Any new permit applications received on or after March 1st, 2024 will be processed after the general permit is renewed in April 2024. No new certifications under the COR400000 will be issued in March 2024.
