SEMSWA issues Stormwater Public Improvement Permits (SPIPs) within the City of Centennial for all stormwater related public improvements, including stormsewer, inlets, culverts, drop structures, detention ponds, and water quality facilities.
These permits are typically issued in association with new development or redevelopment projects. Probationary Acceptance and Final Acceptance of Stormwater Public Improvements
Part of the acceptance process for SEMSWA Stormwater Public Improvements includes the completion of As-Built documents. To help prepare As-Builts, please refer to the following. As-Builts are required for submission to SEMSWA for any case in the City of Centennial that has been issued a SPIP, and should be submitted prior to Probationary Acceptance along with the Acceptance Form that can be found below.
